Ok, after much thinking I have come up with a reasoned and accurate power ranking

She has a book which signals that she is very smart and can plan against her enemies, nobody can defeat the power of knowledge and Ina clearly has that.

She can easily make her opponents too horny to fight her, disabling them immediately. In addition she has pointy horns that she can use to stab her opponents.

She's yellow and yellow bitches are crazy, plus she has a gun, which is a very dangerous weapon. I wouldn't want to get in her way.

She's Ame's girlfriend so she could easily get Ame's help for fighting against other foes, plus she has a cool fork and she's small so she can hide easily if need be.

She has a knife and it looks pretty sharp, plus it's easily accessible since she always carries it with her. I wouldn't want to get hit by her knife

She also has a knife but it's bent so it's more difficult to use, and it's heavier so she can't attack as quickly as Mumei.

She is fire, which is dangerous but not that dangerous. When I was 5 I was trying to use the stovetop and I burned myself, but all I needed to heal it was a bit of ice. On the other hand when I was 6 I cut myself with a knife and I ended up needing stitches. Therefore knives are more dangerous than fire

She is a rat and those can be scary, however one time I saw my dad kill a rat by stomping on it, so they can't be that difficult to defeat

She is time, but she displays everything using analog clocks. It is very difficult to read analog clocks so she would get distracted trying to do that and you could take advantage of it.

She is a vegan which mean she has a natural B12 deficiency, all you need to do is steal her supplements and she will become weak and easy to overpower.

She is Australian which means she can be killed by a venomous snake. Additionally she likes astrology so you could easily distract her and dissuade her from fighting by telling her your zodiac sign.
