The "toxic" and bratty Altare and Kobo work so well that Kobo didn't want Altare to leave. Wonder how well Axel would do with anybody outside Tempus. Sounds like he did well with Astel and Izuru in Apex, but I don't know JP so I can't confirm. As far as English goes, I can't say. He already admitted he can sometimes drop his spaghetti in front of girls, and the rest of the fluent English speakers outside Tempus are women unless Temma really beefs up his game...
