>>1213470Duolingo is awful for learning any language; it meets the bare minimum for practice. Here's what you do. Get a hefty, trusted textbook, and read it. Print out writing and stroke practice pages. Learn new characters daily, practicing them 100 times. Read out loud regularly. Even if just holding yourself accountable to one of those things, it's better than Duolingo.
This logic applies to quite possibly every language in existence.
