I attended fes, stage 1 and 2 today so I can say this. Having 3 different screens makes it better for the crowd since there's parts where the screen is closer to your section. Sucks if your oshi is on the opposite end though, cant really see from one end to the other.
Stage 2 overall had a more experienced idol crowd for call and response for both JP and kaigai. I think at least 1/4 of the concert seats this time were kaigai based on the call and response.
Stage 2 was the better stage cause of the unexpected stuff like Haachama's Idol, Luna's Kami Poi, Kaela's Hikaru Nara and even Kronii's Fansa. Stage 1 had stronger talents but it's stage 2 surprises that makes it more enjoyable and memorable.
Stage 1 kaigai were less responsive for call and response, heck a lot don't know the call outs for SSS.
Stage 2 kaigai had a lot more idol crowd who understood the jp concert culture.
The thing that ticked me off was foreigners who sat through performances of some of the Holo JP and only stood up for EN / ID / bigger JP talents.
