Honestly the best way to do it is to just find some foods you like that are also not shite for you. Or even just try cooking the shitty foods you like for yourself, allowing you to control the what's in them. For example, I like making fries in the oven, minimal oil, just drizzling some on them. I do the same when I do kaarage, I just bake it instead of fry it and limit the amount of oil I use.
