I want a long comfy night drive with Vesper. Sitting beside him at the front seat while the other boys are asleep at the back. (You) enjoying your long awaited peace with him after a whole day of the boys fooling around and singing songs. The ones awake are only you and him, accompanied by the low whirring of the car driving down the highway.
The radio, which its volume was lowered, started playing Fly Me To The Moon. You begin to hum a little to the instrumental since you aren't that great with singing to begin with.
To your surprise, he starts to murmur the lyrics to the song. There was a tinge of shyness in his voice. You know that he isn't that confident in his singing - yet, he seems to want to have this serene moment with you.
With one hand on the wheel, he reaches for your hand with his free one and holds it gently, treating you ever so tenderly as his fingers intertwines with yours.
"You should take a nap too, you know?" He mentions in between his casual singing. You chuckle, telling him how you want to accompany him since he'll be lonely if you did sleep.
"That's fine," he circles his thumb on your finger, "me holding your hand is enough for tonight. Get some rest."
And so you did. He continues to mumble the lyrics in his ever so deep yet soothing register, eventually serenading you to sleep. For a moment, though, you catch him stealing a glance at you, beaming in your direction before getting his eyes back on the road.
