If someone walked up to me and said "Ara ara" to my face I'd just stare at them silently until they say something else because I'm processing what just happened. If they want to be sexy on purpose they should actually nail some good pickup lines or suggestive compliments instead, it would be so much more effective than throwing around a buzzword that tells you you're supposed to be aroused. It's the laughing track of dirty talk.
