I think in this case it's just because her clipping legacy isn't very long yet.

Isn't unusual — Phase has a highly abnormal amount of clippers relative to size but some people such as Lia only got a regular one in the last 5 months.
This is btw a very low effort thing (you) can do to support her even without any money or skills: Search [oshi name] + "clip" and subscribe to everyone that pops up.
