I like NAI. The /AIDS/ thread on /vg/ can help give you some tips. Every line of text in pic related was written by the AI and I was simply slapping the contine/retry buttons and occasionally trimming out bits that I didn't care for.
I'm using a configuration preset that was shared on /aids/ called "prowriter kayra". Also in advanced settings I have a negative bias for the newline character "\n".
I don't consider myself good at wrangling the AI compared to what some other anons have produced, but these are my tips:
>it's garbage in/garbage out. So for your prompt, try to at least start with some well written stuff. Or steal a few paragraphs from a novel and change the characters around.>give a negative bias to "\n" so that the AI will produce longer paragraphs instead of just producing lots of one liners.>define your cast of characters in memory, and use author's note to describe how you want the scene to play out.
