Avacados, eggs, skin-on chicken breast, quinoa. Keep packing that shit on and lifting heavy objects at least 3 times per week until you tip the scales at overweight.
Then switch to lean protein low calorie diet and drop back down to normal weight.
You'll be sitting at a comfy 10% body fat and normal weight.
