I understand Fauna is extremely autistic. Not only does she manage to start almost all of her streams on time, something extremely rare, but she tries to ensure her ASMR streams ALWAYS end at the 60 minute mark and she has a general pattern of ending streams on the hour, half-hour, or quarter hour for no reason other than because she can. She frequently edits her livestreams to remove bits she doesn't like, and has also privated several whole streams because they weren't up to her standards.
Which begs the question: Why do her ASMR streams always have a full minute of silence at the start?
I've seen chuubas go live with their mic on, and I believe someone as smart as Fauna would easily able to do it, since it simply requires you to hit "start" when you're ready to stream.
Even if this whole minute of silent loading screen action hypothetically happened due to a technical requirement of some sort, or as a result of a directive from Cover (neither of which I believe), there is nothing I can see that would prevent her from cutting out that silent minute when editing the VODs. If her concern was not hitting the 1-hour mark, she could simply let the stream run for a couple minutes extra (as she has done on at least 6 separate occasions) and use that buffer time In fact I believe if she set herself a timer with a couple advance warnings, she could both start a stream precisely on the turn of the hour, and end it at the precise number of seconds required to pad out the runtime so it would come out to 1:00:00 after Cover's mandatory loading screen period has been cut out (however long it may be). These are actions that would not add any additional time to her activities, nor would they require additional mental effort as they would be carried through automatism and I'm pretty sure she already uses a timer anyway.
So the question is, why doesn't she do it?
