>>55501041I second what this anon says. The most important part when starting out is making it a habit or routine first. If you push too far, you're going to feel exhausted and then start telling yourself you need to skip a day because you're too tired and then it all goes to fuck and you stop doing it and you're back at square one. They say it takes 30 days to turn something into a habit so once you do it for at least 4 weeks and you start getting comfortable with the routine, then it's time to start pushing past your limits.
