While I can believe everyone in EN can have their lazy days, I'm in the camp that they're more likely getting kneecapped by stuff like health problems (Ina and Mumei in particular), meetings at awful hours, and needlessly anal permissions. On top of that, there's only 10 of them compared to JP's 30 something girls just makes this more painful. I have nothing against the EN boys and I understand not wanting to ACCELERATE but not having any girls in pipeline was not wise.
