>>46518745From what I have observed, the big slowdown seemed to happen during mid 2022. Late 2021 was great: we got a new addition with Irys and Council which picked up spirits after Coco graduated in July. It seemed like things were looking up for a good while.
Then things started feeling off. Gura slowed down her streaming for whatever reason. Then came Sana's graduation. Not only that, but it seemed like for whatever reason, Cover wasn't as keen on investing in EN as much as the other branches. We didn't get a Myth 3D until almost two years after debut, discounting the scrappy 3D's they put together by themselves. We still haven't gotten Council 3D. Management seems out of touch, for example, Kronii had to get a new manager after her old one just wouldn't do jack shit to get her perms for stuff.
I see a lot of people talking about the homos, but in all honesty this slowdown was happening well before Tempus arrived on the scene. Though if there is one gripe I have about Stars EN it is that Cover and Yagoo seem to really be investing in them given that we got another gen of Stars EN mere months after the first one came on the scene. The myth girls had to wait over a year for Council. I feel like Cover jumped the gun and should have been investing in the girls given that they have needed some hard earned investment over the past year.
To sum it up, I think it boils down to the multiple graduations (Coco, Rushia and Sana) lowering morale, lack of investment compared to other branches, and long breaks which I can only speculate (unless confirmed to do with surgery, as per Kronii) have to do with burnout or coincidence. While I am not dooming, as the kids would say, I also cannot deny that mid-2022 to early 2023 has been a lackluster time period for HoloEN.
