So I kept watching them whenever they did anything together, and over 2021 they grew closer and more comfortable. They never did all that much yuri baiting, mostly early on, but instead it's their genuine interactions and just how clearly they are fond of each other that made me root for them as you say
To put it another way, if they had stated they were a couple publicly and acted the way they do when collabing or talking about each other, absolutely everyone would believe them
