>>2812693Plain / peace / flat. It's one of the many kanji with many meanings especially when combined with other characters. Kinda neat, but also one of the many reasons learning Japanese kanji / Chinese is hell. I expect Japan to drop kanji within the next 100 years like their neighbor, Korea.
