The reason I have so many different languages is because I am trying to show how languages and cultures are not homogenous during this period in a nation. Most of the languages are in the same language group and have minor differences that practically mean dialect. This isn't something you need to do, but I like to do because I am French and its a misconception that France is one language.

What this means is that during her reign and that of her successor, large amounts of land were captured that gave "birth" to what is the modern nation. She never said it personally, its a term that Historians applied since Oiseau, which controlled the north east, annexed Anya's land when they left for Anya Petra, conquered Ollies land, and started a long fight over the area you see as Pavolie that took a while.
