Current diet is chicken, lots of fish, nuts, fruit, and increased amount of veggies. Occasionally ate red meat and fried foods during special events and occasions. Cut down on White Rice and ate Brown Rice for a while but having moderate amount of White Rice a few times a week is fine.
Typically snack on pita crackers with hummus, nut bars with peanut butter and dark chocolate, and I drink coffee once a day usually.
