>>26303825I can already hang from a pullup bar for 60 seconds now instead of 20 seconds 5 weeks ago. Then I'm working on strengthening all the minor weak back muscles I have to get more pull-ups, and that will probably help improve my weak left shoulder and help on bench and overhead.
