Your company is dogshit and deserves absolutely no respect for how it treats its employees. It's even funnier when you cite Gundou and Chihiro who fucking hate that place and have stated several times about how unsupportive and garbage that place is, while even the "bigger" people you love to fellate like Maimoto and Kanae either adored her or were outright friends.
You're company is complete trash and you're right that it doesn't deserve what it's going through right now. It deserves MUCH worse and I'll eagerly watch and wait as they continue to decline until their eventual either closure or buyout.
