She never mentions Nijisanji or directly implies that they were the cause of anything, nor does she mention anyone by name a single time. Every single statement always framed it as HER feelings and HER responses without directly implicating her former employer.
After the termination, it wasn't "Those fuckers bullied me to suicide." It was "It was a buildup of events over several months that led to my breaking point." During Neopets, it wasn't "That bastard Elira and backstabber Vox are lying about me." It's "I have heard slander about me behind the scenes and outright lies being told about me."
Everything has been framed in a passive way to protect herself, while not directing any hate or anger towards anyone specific. Hell, she even gave an out to Vox's "I don't believe it was harassment" or Elira's favoritism with her later "learn the language for the company you're going to join. It helps open doors" stuff. Even months later, she's STILL throwing lifesavers and trying to deescalate.
For fuck's sake, I don't even know if she understands completely that she was bullied or harassed throughout all her time at that company. Everything she ever did was for them and to promote the company and its streamers, and yet they STILL broke her down and told her that she'd have NO sponsors in 2024 due to being a brand risk.
