Like, if wackjob modders go apeshit with sex dungeon mods, couldn't that provoke Cover into nuking the entire thing? Then the modders would have sabotaged a fun part of the hololive fandom and created bitter enemies out of different fanbases who otherwise wouldn't have a reason to fight.
