So you got stabbed. Okay. Were you in an area you shouldn't have been? Were in an altercation? Did you make an enemy? If you were stronger, or quicker, could you have prevented?
At every step of the way questions like like this only have answers that can build up the self into something greater. You will never become worse by becoming more mindful and grounded. Your ideology is that of blind acceptance and it heavily stymies personal growth.
Blame yourself. Pressure yourself. Beat yourself up. But do it with purpose and a goal. Seek to become better than you are right now. In every moment seek to become better in the next.
