I just watched Film Red for the first time and it was pretty good. I haven't watched a One Piece film since Strong World but it feels like they prefer using already established characters rather than make a bunch of new ones nowadays.
Not sure how I feel about there being sentient demon music sheets out there, but its non canon so whatevs
