The guy just talks about what happened when he was in the world where every thought he was so ugly they would hunt him down as a Orc, but all of these girls liked him and he thought they were crazy bitches just following him around and he would just autisticly talk about Sega games the whole time and do shit like this without thinking much of it, so he could then sell the ring he put on their ring finger for money later. Like the opening for this anime is just Sega games and all of the moves he used in the other world he learned from playing Sega games
