And you go onto twitter and post "I actually like Burger Kangs as my favourite" and you get 1 like.
Even though nobody saw it and nobody cares and the WacDonald company suffered zero reputational lost, you still violated 24-c and your ass is grass.
Now, Cover very well could have wanted her gone for various reasons, but if she actually breached NDA than it doesn't matter how bad-acting cover was, she LEGALLY is allowed to be fired and cover is allowed to tell everybody she breached contract.
