It may not seem like a big deal to some but it could be eating her up inside long term. Here at least Sayu can get some of those answers. Sayu has said she always wanted the opportunities others get so helping her gen break into a new market will provide that.
Even if this doesn't work out the way people want it I hope Sayu gets the things she needs from NOA.
