I've broken up the girls based on being at similar powerlevels. Ina, Mori, Kronii and Sana are all at the top, you could make an agrument for any of them as the strongest. Bae is chaos and therefore could be anything so she's right below them and while Kiara might not be as strong offensively, they can't really get rid of her either. Then there's Fauna and Mumei, I'd describe their powerlevel as planetary. IRyS is at least a city level threat. Gura is a street level threat. Ame is just a person.
