It infantilizes the Holo, while at the same time virtue signals to everyone around them that "I really do care for this streamer as a person, I'm worried about their physical/mental health. Look what a good person I am." Instead of being helpful to the Holo, they instead water the seeds of self doubt, they are openly 2nd guessing a decision the Holo has already made.
Note that this is not the same as showing genuine concern. If the Holo says, "Oh I'm so tired, I'm going to take a break." or "I'm not feeling well, I'm gonna push the stream." then by all means, go ahead and wish them well. If they ask for support, headpats, good luck, go ahead and do that. But if you're just concernfagging on a vague tweet or something the Holo has already decided to go ahead with, you should kill yourself.
