I bought the ingredients for Betteljuice today. Felt like a fucking animal buying all this shit but mixing it all in with my more ordinary groceries at least ensured I wasn't raising any eyebrows.
I don't drink often (like once every three months) and never in excess, so buying red wine as cheap and as little as possible was my main priority. Thankfully you can buy fucking little red wine juice boxes, so I didn't have to spend more than 5 dollars on something I'd otherwise never use or drink. I'm very leery of using cheese in a dessert context, but I'm also a big fan of cheesecake, so there's a chance that it won't be a total disaster.
I'm gunna go over the VOD again to see how Bettel made this monstrosity, think on how I can possibly make it not a nightmare, and if everything goes over well, give you my thoughts on it.
