For some reason the influx in viewers than Phase talents are getting not subscribing to them nor commenting nor doing anything that would be beneficial to the channel besides being counted as a view. You would think, for instance, that since Jelly had 250-300 concurrent viewers during her streams about a month after her debut in Phase that the current Phase gen would be far past her in subscriber count but, time-aligned, Jelly actually had more subs than 3/5ths of the new Phase girls, which is strange.
