>>33987669Eh, don't worry. Different people deal with their lives differently, not saying that using background noise from streams and music is inherently bad. I use them myself, I wouldn't be here otherwise. It's just that for me, when I spend more than 4 hours watching streams, I ended up in like an autopilot, and the devil inside me starts casting doubts and delusions, making me think nonsensical things that affect the work I'm supposed to. I sometimes ended up being sad or angry for no reason, which is shizo behavior, I know but it happens and it's out of my control. Which is why the meditation was very helpful because it helps me clear my mind, and ask myself, why was I angry in the first place? If that makes sense.
