Even before that and the whole Homo shitshow Ina getting 7-9k on ER was enough to cement her as the second strongest EN. Now 10k streams are pretty common and even the "weakest" ENs can pull comfortable 5-7k streams.
Is i just the unculling? Because from what I'm seeing this only affects HoloEN, the rest of western Vtubing either fell off or stagnated with a single exception I don't wanna mention.
