For me, I'm also really not sure where else to talk about Ame since other sites and communities have their own share of problems, all of which start by making an account and stuff. And they also have the other issue that you mentioned in that such fans are usually immature and dumb.
That's why I like these threads: I can just hop right in, talk about how much I love Ame and how much I wish her well, no account or signing up or anything required. These threads aren't perfect either, but for the most part, I think they're pretty good.
