>>51899360Hello. Lia is currently only mantling a false summit. All of her goals have been realized in the most shallow, token of ways, which is not to detract from their wonderful representation of her hard work and passion towards obtaining them. While performing a one and done ascent can still be commended the only path to graduation would be a weak plateau that would taint her exit with the bitter taste of "just a hold over" until her "real" life began. While it would be as much a justifiable and deeply moving emotional experience for her to graduate around 3rd anniversary as she shifts into a career feild associated with her schooling I hope it wont be the case. I think Lia's biggest strong point currently is leaning on the company to hit "deal sweateners" now that the Fishman has solid representation in all of the "professional" level engagements he wants. This really gives Lia's all-rounder, industry fresh disposition time to shine and demonstrate not only her natural talent but the corporate savvy and managerial handling skill of the Phase Co support staff. Allowing Lia to hit so many angles of the Off Kai coverage really helped to re-establish her as an endearing company figure in a more front facing way as opposed to say Tenma's internal role for the talents. The early investment in Lia's tumultuous start moves to be a huge selling point for Phase Connect as her gradual transformation from menhera into increasingly competent figure able to reliably execute in innovative ways over her early company "obligated" content offerings lends a level of authenticity and tactful excellence in giving the full faith treatment to the talent. Even in this way though Yugi stole some of Lia's thunder creating her exit condition as the first genuinely traumatic offering that lends itself heavily to speculation as to the drawn out and broadcasted nature of the development with a seeming emphasis on the emotional impact of the "termination". Lia heavily banked on an opposite emotional arc getting hit with the mid Vtweeter company hiatus notice giving an entirely opposite feeling of sudden loss. I'm torn between which style would be worse for a Liacon to experience but Im thinking that Lia's terminal performance will be abrupt and give little closure, perhaps as a final demonstration of her vulnerability and inability to withstand the feelings of her own emotion. I know when the time comes Lia will make the proper considerations.
