>>65552721If I had to guess I'd say it's because having to be local for character loras / HLL for a long time has gotten people used to that, and now they have a big lora collection and/or wildcard/prompt collection and don't want to bother shifting it back to NAI. NAI v3 can't do smaller vtubers but I don't think that's the entire story since a lot of what gets posted overall is things that NAI could have done.
oh and I think people don't want to pay for it
