Then its just spinning the RNG until the composition lands on something good, because "abstract" will give you all kinds of geometric shapes. Adjusting the background with things like "white background", "black background", etc. can also be a useful tool I've found.
I'm quite envious of people who are better able to do more "direct" prompts like yours, but I like doing "chuubas for desktop wallpapers" too.
