She doesn't even acknowledge she did stuff that was wrong, she's only trying to pacify complainers superficially. Most of her problems are caused by deeper personality issues and if she's only (reluctantly) willing to superficially cover up some of the symptoms, you can't expect her to improve long-term. On top of that she didn't acknowledge the biggest problems which are her talking over others.
