Playing it on stream takes way more energy and requires you to be constantly entertaining/talking to chat and having restraints on what you can say since it's hololive while knowing thousands of people are watching every one of your moves. With friends, you can sit there in silence and play and spout nonsense. Streaming is more of a job than people think it is.
