You could argue "but the training wheels are on", but Mori's nature as a GM is to not give her players too much rough shit to work with. Killing a player is off the table whenever possible. This works well for newbies, children, or just having a laid-back game, but she's running fucking Hunter. The game where people die for a minor miscalculation, in the series where people dying is considered a fairly normal outcome. This is not a game a GM should be running if they don't want their players to be at risk of dying at any moment.
