Providing General Amnesty To All Residents Of JIDF From Prosecution Under Section 420 Of The JIDF Penal Code
Whereas the sudden break announcement by Yuko Yurei, a talent belonging to E-Sekai of Idol Corp, has caused great emotional and psychological distress to residents of JIDF, particularly to the Boo Bros, a protected population that has a high incidence of committing wanau.
Whereas Yuko Yurei's break will continue until August 21st, 2023.
Whereas Yuko Yurei has announced a zatsudan stream on August 9th, 2023.
Whereas Section 420 of the JIDF Penal Code criminalizes the act known as wanau, under penalty of death or imprisonment, with the intent of maintaining order, peace and the rule of law in JIDF:
Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority vested to this Court by the Constitution and statues of JIDF, it is hereby ordered as follows:
1. It is hereby declared that all residents of JIDF will be provided general amnesty from prosecution under Section 420 of the JIDF Penal Code for the duration of August 9th, 2023.
2. It is hereby declared that all prisoners serving a sentence in any of JIDF's Correctional Facilities, prosecuted under Section 420 of the JIDF Penal Code, are to be released from captivity and they shall bear no criminal liability for previous offenses under Section 420 of the JIDF Penal Code.
3. It is hereby declared that the protections provided by this Executive Order are temporary and will be revoked on August 10th, 2023, in accordance with subsection 1e of Section 420 of the JIDF Penal Code.
