You can get nice looking gigantic titties or you can get horrific flesh blobs. This mix did it the least, but it will occur a lot. Also, breasts will be consistently {{{bigger}}} even if you don't specify anything. And it will sometimes completely ignore small breast tokens. Here's some examples.
