I had a dream that a girl was floating down a sea of stars. As she slowly drifted away, a soft sad piano started to play. Her eyes were closed, but a bright light shines upon her forcing them open. It stops for a brief moment before floating away, replaced by a multitude of shining lights. At this sight, the girl manages to stand atop the sea of stars staring wistfully at the lights as they dance around her each drifting in the opposite direction the girl is drifting towards before fading away into the distance. She starts to speak, though no words can be heard, her impassioned speech seemingly directed at the lights. Her expression is sad, but no tears wet her cheeks. As the last of the lights fade into the distance, the girl remains standing there, alone, slowly moving further away from where she came from. And then I woke up.
