>>40639300The good things about Tsunderia is that they have given people without much or any streaming experience a chance and they have given new outfits and models after certain time related milestones. They have also sometimes paid for equipment if a part of their streaming set up has failed.
Outside of that management doesn't seem to exist thus there was a HUGE fall out of members. The only time I've heard they replaced equipment was once. They're just kinda there, so the company will never grow. Hell you can say something similar about a lot of the small corpos just existing and floating around. Probably why Idol EN was able to storm the scene the way it did, and they have begun running ads for their members almost 2 months in without it being a special event. On the other hand apparently Kawaii management isn't advertising their fucking 3D debuts and it's a burden for the talents to do. Small corpos don't have the reach big corpos have. They don't have a big person like Kuzuha to shout out an event, or the dominance of Holo EN when it comes to the EN sphere. Small corpos can't sit around and expect everything to fall into place, especially if they have an event lined up.
