I know you were in nipland but how are you supposed to git gud if you don't play the game sonny... Jumped right in after debating on how to start his stream and woah, we have a new guy now. Hasn't bought the fighter pass yet, luckily rentals are a thing so we can check him out (man the monetization of SF6 is still something I really don't like about this game despite how much good there is). Rashid's an interesting character, very mobile with some unfair safe moves and can spend a lot of time in the air. Good thing the infinite bug with his ysaar super was fixed at least lul. Sonny messed around with him a bit but I think he was almost more interested in the goofy voicelines, neat dude but he just didn't have the brain capacity to figure him out today. We'll see if he really buys him offstream like he said he probably would. Spent like five minutes tops in training mode getting used to Ken again, remarked that he forgot the shit he learned the last time he was labbing, and went to open up a room. Bug aside rashid seems a little busted so I'm surprised we didn't actually see much of him today, once the room started filling up (it took a minute, I got kinda worried KEK) we got a pretty good variety of challengers like we always do. Guess you can expect people to bring their mains. The matches themselves were pretty fun to watch whether sonny was getting raped or pulling himself together for a win, it's pretty funny when he's up against a matchup he obviously doesn't know how to deal with (jamie and that plat cammy he fought a couple times, wew). Both familiar faces and some new, there are a couple briskadets who came back and uh... still couldn't beat him despite having a month to improve while he was barely playing. Look, you can literally read the man like a book since he's streaming and narrates his thought process, AND he admits he doesn't always react properly to opponents despite knowing what's coming, it's just a skill issue at that point. ...Or maybe nerves, I don't have the guts to join the lobby so maybe I have no room to talk. You know, at least they gave him a few more wins to feel good about. Quite a few juris, one or two ryus that he could not prove himself as the superior shoto against, and plenty others also stepped into the ring. He still has not played enough to find JP insufferable as opposed to just cool... Good wins today, still some button mashing as he shook off the rust but he could get some combos off too. You've still got a ways to go til you've mastered ken sonny... I believe in you! Just... put more time into the game than two hours a week and you'll get there. Short stream but still fun today, sonny was pretty cute and matches with viewers are always a fun time; like I've said before we get some friendly new faces whenever he opens a room... civil fighting game player are nice to see. Maybe I'll actually join next time so I can torment him with wifi, time to pick up guile now that I know sonny finds him annoying? I see shu's playing SF6 too, I know yaminions yearn for the solo streams but I think it might be a good collab game someday, would be a better fit for these autists than the usual 2-player picks. Hopefully next week is a fun one! Zelda is a guarantee and we'll likely be finishing sherlock but idk, GTA, Minecraft... there's plenty I wouldn't mind watching.
