Going all the way back to pre chanology days what happens is simple
1) a single anon posts here something with clear, unambiguous instructions like (just an hypothetical example)
>if you see ANYTHING that is not hololive (the all girls agency under COVER) posted on the subreddit, ALWAYS downvote it before it reaches Rising so it never reaches Hot2) any anon seeing it with the means to carry the instructions does just that
It doesn’t need many anons, any form or coordination or anything.
As long as the instruction is easy to perform, has a clear victory condition, a “noble” goal, a visible result and the “seethe” it generates can be measured it has a chance to succeed.
Best part? It has plausible deniability too, who would believe a place with 80 ips a pop without any external coordination would be capable of doing anything?
But the 1:9:90 rule applies and is a force multiplier
