My company actually used to saviourfag older applicants for their experience because they aged into too-high income brackets.
Being younger than your employees is fun t b h.The western markets spit you out like something rotten unless you're exec level if you get too old and thus too expensive.
That'S actually a major issue for the west as a society. Knowledge just degrades because everything is run off interns and trainees and the old guard get kicked before they can move up the paygrade a bit too much.
I fucking hate reality so much.
