Tonight, my guest asked me to make curry because she's never had some, so I made sort of a basic butter chicken-esque curry. Chicken sauteed in butter, diced tomatoes and onions cooked down then just garam masala, curry powder, garlic, cumin, and some coconut milk. Back to work in the morning though, so I won't be eating any, I'll just pack it away for lunch.
