What diet works best differs from person to person, and it's entirely possible that your digestive system is so messed up that ingesting plants will cause issues (you have bacteria in your gut that help digest food and produce stuff like fatty acids - that's a good thing - but changes in diet can mess them up). That being said there are a multitude of issues with eating only meat: Forcing the body to convert protein into energy is not ideal, too much protein generally causes waste products and acidity in your body. Ideally you'd consume different kinds of protein, because that allows your body to use them more efficiently (look up essential amino acids). You will flat out lack certain things like essential fatty acids and vitamins. You'll be more likely to get cancer. I could go on, but you get the idea.
