Let me offer you, and those reading, a bit of criticism on your work:
Learn how to recognize the intended audience of a piece of writing. While I necessarily disagree with neither the specific references nor the overall messaging, you've lost the core focus of the piece. Instead of a direct appeal to jannies, talent, and staff, you've made the body of the post into a rallying cry for board users.
Furthermore, always remember that the human mind is designed to recognize and complete patterns. Outright spoonfeeding relations and information should be done with care as you reduce the potential impact of the associations. You want to let the audience's mind wander and come to abstract conclusions while still under your direction. This creates a disarming paranoia effect in the reader that renders them more malleable.
Different goals require different approaches to writing. Perspective, references, idea order, etc. Everything matters.
